My name is Steve Becker. I am a lifelong philosopher who served as a school counselor for 18 wonderful years at Conestoga HS in Pennsylvania.
In more recent years I’ve worked on a variety of projects, including spending the past seven years working on my other website, Less High School Stress, which is devoted to using hard data to help students and parents see that the anxiety they feel about college admission is far more likely to ruin their chances at success and happiness than not getting into the ‘right college’.
